I hereby acknowledge and agree:
1. Jordana Levine is in no way liable for my health or safety.
2. I understand that energy healing (reiki, etc.) can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I acknowledge that long-term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself. I understand that any insights provided as a result of the healing received are not a substitute for legal, psychological, financial, medical, or business advice. If I require advice of any kind, it is up to me to seek a suitable licensed professional.
3. I understand that all information provided or deduced by myself from this program is subject to my own interpretation. This is not fortune telling; potentials and probabilities are dependent on the free will of myself and those around me. I take responsibility for my own life choices and decisions. I understand this reading is not a substitute for legal, psychological, financial, medical, or business advice. If I require advice of any kind, it is up to me to seek a suitable licensed professional.
4. I hereby accept all risk to my health, including injury or death that may result from participation in this work and I hereby release Jordana Levine, on my behalf and on behalf of my personal representatives, estate, heirs, next of kin, and assigns from any and all costs, claims, causes of action and damages arising from any and all illness or injury to my person, including my death, that may result from or occur as a result of my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
5. Payment policy: Purchases are final sale, regardless of whether I have viewed the content. Due to the digital nature of this program, I will gain full access to all materials upon registration, making it non-refundable. I authorize and give permission to Jordana Levine/Rooted by Jordana to charge the credit or debit card provided for the amount owed for payment of the Program. I understand my information (i.e. credit card and contact info) may be collected by the third-party merchant PayPal, who may have its own privacy policies or security practices that are differ from Rooted by Jordana's.
If I choose a payment plan, I authorize and give permission to Rooted by Jordana to automatically charge my credit or debit card as payment for the Program, for which I will receive an electronic receipt, at the time in which payment is due without any additional authorization from you.
In the event that payment is not successfully made by the due date, I have a three (3) day grace period to make the payment. If such payment is not received, my access to and participation in the program will not continue. If I fail to make payment within the grace period or at any other time, I am still responsible for all payments for the full cost of the Program.
6. Results. I understand that digital information products and courses are designed to be performed to completion in order to get full effect. Any and all current or past-client testimonials, statements, or examples are simply that: examples. They are not guarantees that I will also experience or receive the same results. Each person and his/her circumstances are unique and nothing shall be interpreted as a guarantee. The program is designed thoughtfully and carefully based on research, education and past experiences to provide great value. However, results are not guaranteed.
7. Sharing of information. I agree not to distribute, copy, forward, and/or share this program or its content with anyone else. Any violations of these Terms of Use will be legally pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Intellectual property. This program and its content are intellectual property owned by Jordana Levine & Rooted by Jordana. If any of this is represented as being created or own by any other individual or entity, this misrepresentation will be legally pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Termination: Jordana Levine retains the right to, and may limit, suspend or terminate services without refund if I (i) become disruptive or difficult to work with, (ii) fail to follow program guidelines, (iii) harass the Jordana Levine or other clients, (iv) participate in copyright infringement of any Intellectual Property produced and/or developed by Jordana Levine. A formal warning will be provided prior to termination. If Jordana Levine were to terminate services for any other reason than those aforementioned within this agreement, a partial refund that is fair and equitable considering the investment and time left will be provided. Any money owing to Rooted by Jordana at the time of termination will become due at the effective date of termination, and I will pay for all services agreed upon, regardless of termination if under the aforementioned circumstances.
10. I understand that any therapies I undertake by through suggestions from Rooted by Jordana are undertaken of my own free will. I accept that the ultimate responsibility for my health care is my own. I hereby agree to assume full responsibility for any manner of loss, injury, claim or damage whatsoever, known or unknown, incurred as a result of same and I, my heirs, executors, administrators or assigns for any loss, injury, claim or damage sustained as a result of my attendance and/or participation. I have read the above release and waiver of liability, and fully understand its contents and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated.

BY PURCHASING THIS PROGRAM, I UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT TO BE A FULL AND FINAL RELEASE OF ALL COSTS, CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION AND DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH SERVICES OR PRODUCTS FROM ROOTED BY JORDANA.
